THE VTOC STUDIOS is an initiative by the Fashion & Tailoring course at Kuala Lumpur's Vocational Training Opportunity Centre (VTOC), under the V Is For Venture entrepreneurship program, where creativity meets opportunity.

The Vocational Training Opportunity Centre (VTOC) is a project under YWCA Kuala Lumpur, a non-profit organisation based in Malaysia which works for the development of women and girls irrespective of race, religion, culture, language & socio-economic circumstances.
The VTOC provides vocational skills training for young women from the B40 community to empower them with financial independence.
